We are looking for:

• Advice on warnings
• Negotiating severance pay
• Review of employment contracts
• Review of permitted working hours (overtime and overtime)
• Drafting of termination agreements, advice and representation in court
• Advice / review of wages, vacation and Christmas bonuses and supplements
• Advice/representation in court in the event of terminations
